Hiring Charges
Functions$200 + GSTIncludes full use of the hall including Stage, kitchen and Bar area's.
Luncheons$50 + GSTIncludes full use of the hall including Kitchen and Bar area's.
Meetings$50 + GSTIncludes use of the hall, Stage or Bar area's for a maximum of 3 hours.
Commercial$10 + GST
per hour
Includes use of the hall including the Stage and Bar area's.
Other Charges
Booking Fee$50 + GSTThis is part of the hiring charge and may be forfeited if the booking is cancelled with less than 1 months notice.
Key Deposit$50For each key collected and will be refunded on return of the keys.
The key cannot be collected until the entire hiring fee and bond has been paid.
Bond$500For all use of the hall except for 18th to 25th birthday parties where the bond is $2000. The bond is only a deposit against any costs for cleaning or repairs and such charges are not limited to the amount of the bond.
Other ChargesCharges for other facilities will be quoted on request and must be paid together with the balance of the hiring charges.

Note carefully!

The following is in addition to the terms and conditions of hire.

The hiring times must include time needed for clean up. It is not normally possible to clean up the next day as the hall may be hired from 7am onwards. If the hall is not cleaned and all the cutlery, crockery cleaned and put away a charge of $50 + GST will apply for each hour required for cleaning plus the hire charge of the next user if it is not possible to clean the hall before they use it.
